15th Annual Ride for Life Motorcycle Rally

On Saturday, July 18, join Vikings players, alumni, and the Vikings Cheerleaders as they participate in the 15th Annual Ride for Life Motorcycle Rally to benefit the Vikings Childrens Fund. The 75 mile ride departs from the Twin Cities and wraps up in Hinckley, Minn. Once you arrive in Hinckley, a welcome party will be waiting for you with Vikings personnel, cheerleaders, live music, tasty food and ice-cold beverages.
Over $30,000 in cash prizes will be up for grabs. Plus, other prizes include Vikings tickets, trips, autographs, jerseys, footballs, and much more!

E.J. Henderson to Host Celebrity Softball Game on Saturday, June 13
Join over 30 Vikings players including 2007 Rookie of the year, Adrian Peterson, and 2009 rookie Percy Harvin at Siebert Field (U of M campus) for the E.J. Henderson Celebrity Softball Game on Saturday, June 13.
Your $20* donation gets you in the door and kids 12 and under are FREE. The event includes the celebrity softball game (offense versus defense), autograph sessions, a home-run derby and live and silent auctions. Autographs and the silent auction start at noon, with the game starting at 2:00 p.m.
All tickets purchased online will be entered into a drawing to receive 2 VIP passes into the players tent!!!!!

Meeting Coach Murphy
New special teams coordinator Brian Murphy addressed the local media on Saturday for the first time in his current role with the Vikings. Formerly, Murphy was an assistant under special teams coordinator Paul Ferraro, but Ferraro took a job as the St. Louis Rams LBs coach this offseason and the Vikings decided to promote Murphy rather than look to the outside for a new special teams boss.

Final Cover Model Voting Quarterfinal Matchup Now Underway on vikings.com
Once again, Vikings fans will help determine the cover of the 2009 Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders Swimsuit Calendar. Eight ladies are vying for a spot on the cover, and their fates will be determined by fan voting on vikings.com.
The first three quarterfinal matchups are now in the book, and the fourth and final match between Lissa and Pam is now underway.
